Trenord S.r.l. is committed to offering a digital experience that is accessible to all users. We work to ensure that all our content complies with the guidelines and standards set by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

Trenord S.r.l. is not responsible for any accessibility issues found on third-party websites or apps accessible through links on our digital channels.

Mitigating non-compliant accessibility aspects
We have taken several actions to mitigate non-compliant accessibility issues, working with accessibility experts to identify and resolve all non-conforming elements.

In line with our goal of offering an increasingly improved experience to all users, and alongside correcting HTML code issues, Trenord S.r.l. has implemented the Eye-Able® assistive software across its web channels (www.trenord.it and www.malpensaexpress.it).

The adoption of Eye-Able® provides an important contribution to improving the perception and usability of web interfaces for users with visual or cognitive disabilities, color perception difficulties, and elderly users who may face challenges when navigating the web.

Additionally, we have introduced a feedback system to help us develop more accessible content.
