Inclusion in soccer: Eye-Able® and SV Werder Bremen

We are incredibly proud and delighted to be working with SV Werder Bremen. Together we have significantly improved accessibility on their official website. From now on, visitors:inside the club's website can access over 25 functions via an icon on the right edge of the screen to customize the website to their visual needs.

Through our tool, user:ins can change contrast modes, set adaptive magnifications, and activate color attenuation filters, to name just a few of the many customization options. For Werder fans with different visual abilities, this opens up a completely new user experience. In Germany alone, 1.2 million people are classified as visually impaired.

The integration of our software is a significant step that further advances our mission to promote digital participation and accessibility. SV Werder Bremen has already proven in the past that it cares about the inclusion of all fans. Visually impaired fans have already been able to follow the club's home games in a direct stadium atmosphere for several years, thanks to the barrier-free live coverage "WerderFM".

At Eye-Able® , we firmly believe that digital accessibility is a basic requirement for an inclusive society. That's why we developed our assistive software. Today, Eye-Able® is already integrated into more than 1,500 websites. The partnership with SV Werder Bremen shows that joint efforts can lead to groundbreaking changes.
