About LOTTO.de
Founded in 1949, Toto-Lotto Niedersachsen GmbH (LOTTO Niedersachsen) is the state lottery operator of Lower Saxony, based in Hanover. As lead organisation, it also manages LOTTO.de – Germany’s nationwide service and information platform. Within the German Lotto and Totoblock (DLTB), all 16 state lottery companies of the federal states jointly run the country’s official lottery games under common principles.
