Founded in 1949, Toto-Lotto Niedersachsen GmbH (LOTTO Niedersachsen) is the state lottery operator of Lower Saxony, based in Hanover. As lead organisation, it also manages LOTTO.de – Germany’s nationwide service and information platform.
