Eye-Able appoints Christian Werling as Chief Revenue Officer

Revenue Leader joins following record-breaking growth and European expansion

Wuerzburg, February 2, 2026 – Eye-Able, provider of Europe’s leading platform for digital accessibility, today announced the appointment of Christian Werling as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective February 1, 2026. 

In this role, Christian will lead the overall revenue strategy across the entire customer journey – connecting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. He will be instrumental in driving international growth and professionalising the company’s global go-to-market organisation. 

The appointment follows a landmark year: In 2025, Eye-Able tripled its revenue, surpassed the €10 million mark significantly, and grew its team to nearly 200 employees. During this period, the company successfully expanded into Italy, Poland, Spain, and the UK. 

Christian Werling brings over 15 years of experience in building and scaling international SaaS organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Eye Security. Previously, as Vice President of Sales EMEA at BRYTER and in senior sales leadership roles at MongoDB and ThoughtSpot, he was responsible for the development and expansion of European go-to-market organizations. Christian combines technical insight with commercial leadership and has successfully guided numerous teams through phases of rapid internationalisation.
