Eye-Able Named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Accessibility

From compliance to digital experience: Accessibility becomes a strategic priority for businesses and institutions

Digital accessibility is no longer just a compliance exercise. With the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and growing attention to user experience, it is becoming a strategic priority for businesses and institutions. On top of this comes artificial intelligence: a much-discussed topic, because it promises to make testing and improving digital services much faster, yet many organisations still don’t know how to approach it.

In our opinion, the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Accessibility is an important sign that this market is maturing. In this report, Eye-Able has been named a Leader.

From compliance tools to continuous assurance.

According to Gartner, “Digital accessibility platforms have evolved from periodic compliance tools into continuous, AI-augmented accessibility assurance. This Magic Quadrant evaluates vendors as agentic testing, intelligent remediation and adaptive experiences reshape the market.”

We feel the very existence of a Magic Quadrant dedicated to Digital Accessibility confirms that accessibility is becoming a core discipline of digital transformation.

From complexity to control.

In many organisations, accessibility is still fragmented across teams, vendors and tools. Eye-Able brings it together into a single journey, with a proprietary platform that integrates audit, screening, remediation, continuous monitoring, document management and expert consulting.

The goal is not to add yet another tool, but to make accessibility a natural part of how an organisation operates: structured, effortless, measurable and scalable. Teams gain greater control, efficiency and autonomy, while accessibility turns from a compliance challenge into a business advantage.

AI accelerates. People lead.

Artificial intelligence now makes it possible to run analysis, testing and remediation at unprecedented speed and scale. But for Eye-Able, technology alone is not enough.

“AI can already identify barriers beyond simple yes-or-no answers, provide guidance on how to fix them and accelerate remediation at scale. But accessibility is measured by people’s real experience. That is why our approach combines specialised AI in our platform, specialist expertise and the direct input of people who face digital barriers every day. Technology supports change. People make it possible.”

Tobias Greiner, CTO and Co-Founder of Eye-Able

A milestone that looks ahead.

With Oliver Berchtold joining as global CEO and a market in rapid evolution, Eye-Able sees 2027 as a new phase of innovation, international growth and customer focus.

“We believe, being named a Leader is a recognition for the whole team, and especially for our colleagues and testers with disabilities, who make our platform truly impactful. In 2027 we will scale further across Europe through customer-driven innovation, giving enterprises one platform to build, test and assure accessibility across all their brands, markets and digital channels.”
