Consulting on digital accessibility

Consulting days are a flexible time allocation for tailored expert support. You can access specific expertise when needed, without committing to fixed training plans in advance. Ideal for implementing accessibility in a practical way across design, development or strategy.

Consulting days are based on a flexible quota. You pre-book a certain number of person-days, for example five consulting days, which are reserved for you.

You can then use this quota flexibly. Support can be booked by the hour or by the day, depending on your needs. This allows you to schedule consulting, reviews or workshops exactly when they fit into your projects.

Yes. Consulting days are conducted remotely by default. Our experts work in a decentralised setup, including many native screen reader users who assess accessibility based on real-life experience.

On request, on-site sessions are also possible. In-house consulting is particularly useful for kick-offs, workshops or awareness sessions. Just let us know if you’re planning an on-site format.

Consulting days are highly flexible. They can be used for 1:1 coaching or for full team workshops. Depending on your needs, participants may include development teams, content teams, designers or project stakeholders.

Consulting days are flexible and available on demand. Once your contingent has been booked, you can request sessions whenever needed – either by the hour or by the day.

Sessions are typically conducted remotely, which makes scheduling fast and straightforward.

The format is flexible and can range from 1:1 coaching to team workshops. Depending on your needs, sessions may include:

  • Design & concept:
Design reviews (e.g. Figma or Adobe XD) before implementation, consulting on navigation or complex UI components

  • Development & technical:
Pair programming (e.g. screen reader support for custom widgets), targeted code reviews

  • Strategy & awareness:
Live testing demos (e.g. a website tested by a blind expert), strategy workshops (roadmaps or integration into CI/CD), Q&A sessions or office hours

No prior knowledge is required, as each session is tailored to your team. The daily rate usually remains the same, regardless of whether one person or a full team participates.

After the consultation, you will clearly understand where accessibility barriers exist on your website or app and how to address them.

You will receive:

  • a clear and understandable assessment of identified issues

  • concrete, prioritized recommendations for action

  • practical solutions that can be implemented directly

This allows you to remove barriers in a targeted way and improve accessibility step by step.
