Note: Detailed results of the manual audits are documented in the section "Audit documents".

Scope of audit

The web applications of Web Inclusion GmbH are regularly scanned using the Eye-Able Audit Software.

As part of the manual accessibility audit, two different testing procedures were applied:

A comprehensive manual accessibility audit based on the success criteria of WCAG 2.2 (Levels A and AA) as well as the additional requirements of EN 301 549.

In addition, a specific accessibility test was conducted that was developed by people with different disabilities. Its methodology focuses primarily on barriers that cannot be detected by testing tools but that can lead to significant limitations when used in combination with assistive technologies.

Audit results

The audit of the applications shows that they are currently not fully accessible within the meaning of EN 301 549 (see “Audit documents”).

Web Inclusion GmbH intends to eliminate the identified barriers by the end of 2025.

Web Inclusion GmbH also confirms the objective of achieving the best possible results in the automated scans with the Eye-Able Audit Software and, by the end of the project, of carrying out a comprehensive manual accessibility audit including regression testing until full accessibility in accordance with EN 301 549 is achieved.

The Eye-Able Seal is an internal audit mark of Web Inclusion GmbH. It confirms that an accessibility audit has been carried out by Eye-Able using defined methods based on WCAG 2.2 / EN 301 549. It is not an officially recognized or accredited certification.
