You may not have installed the extension yet. You can do this here:
Eye-Able®-Page excluded from extension
Through a submenu of the extension (by clicking on eye in the browser) pages can be excluded from the configuration of your assistant. If you have done this for the Eye-Able® website, the assistant software will not appear here.
Browser outdated
Eye-Able® is supported only by more recent browser versions due to its large feature set. You may be able to fix your problem by updating your Internet browser.

Eye-Able® and the Privacy Policy
Eye-Able® all browser extension runs locally in your browser and does not transfer any data to our servers. All your settings are stored only on your computer. For the visual adjustments Eye-Able® needs access to the content of the website. However, no data about you will be collected.
