Our server structure

Click on the Eye-Able logo to start the software. The necessary files like Javascript and images will be loaded from the server network of Eye-Able . For the provision of the software via our server network, we only use European partners such as bunny.net and 1&1. In order to be able to transfer Eye-Able to the customer in near real time, to handle large data volumes and to fend off attacks, we use a Content Delivery Network (CDN). However, Eye-Able only uses server centers within the EU for this purpose, so that no personal data is transferred to third countries. When integrating Eye-Able via the Eye-Able server and without reloading on click, please note to inform your users about the external service and to obtain the user's consent (e.g. via the cookie banner).

The server logs of our providers contain IP addresses in anonymized form (the last digit is always a 0). We currently do not have complete IP addresses at any time. An evaluation of the server logs does not take place on the basis of IP addresses, but only counts general access figures. We have additionally concluded contracts on order processing with our hosters as a further security measure.
